Cathy Herrington Hale is a Houston-based attorney, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner with a passion for American Mahjong. A board-certified family lawyer with the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and founder of the Herrington Law Firm, she has built her career on guiding clients through complex situations with clarity, strategy, and intuition—skills that translate seamlessly to the Mahjong table.

After discovering the game, Cathy quickly immersed herself in both teaching and competitive play, including national tournaments. She blends tradition, competition, and community into her approach, believing Mahjong is more than a game—it’s connection, confidence, and bold decision-making.
